Return Process

  2. Share the required unboxing video with visible damage proof.

  3. Our team will review and verify your claim.

  4. Once approved, we will guide you on return shipping.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A refund, depending on stock availability.

Refund Timeline
